Important - We are making some changes to the way you access and manage your mobile phone insurance.

You can now access your Phone Insurance benefit through your Monzo app:

  1. On the home page, scroll down to Insurance – New
  2. Tap Your Policies
  3. Select Phone
  4. Choose Make a claim

From here, you can make claims, register phones, and keep your policy up to date.
